Badminton

Yesterday i went to badminton with my father. After lunch,then we reach the badminton court about 8pm located at SMK Lasa (<--not sure if the spelling is true).

Man~, so tired, run up run down, shit man, my standard still very far from my father. Usually i play with my friends at college, some of them are not bad, but it's not as tired as i play with my father.

Well, every thursday i will follow my father and train up my badminton skills. Hope that i can reach my father's standard.

How to make (みそ)MisoSoup？

1 teaspoon soybean oil
2 cloves garlic, mashed
2 green onions, sliced with tops
1 teaspoon fresh gingerroot, grated
1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced
1 cup mushroom, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons miso (in ethnic foods section or Asian market)
1 tablespoon dry sherry
4 cups water

Heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat.
Add garlic and onions and sauti until soft.
Add fresh gingerroot, carrots and mushrooms.
Cook an additional 5-10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Reduce heat. Dissolve miso in 1/4-cup water and add to vegetables when cooled.
Add remaining water and sherry and heat through.
Be careful not to boil the soup after you've added the miso.

Makes 6 Servings
Serving Size: 8 ounces

I woke up early at the morning, about 5.45am. I brush my teeth, rush out without having my breakfast to fetch sis. 6.15am, i reach her house. Then i let her be the driver because she have to fetch her brother to school. About 6.35am we reach the SRJK(c)Chung Hwa Likas 路口. 哇塞!! It was jamed. we stucked there till about 5.50am. After that, we reach the parking area finally. Then, we went to the canteen to buy her breakfast. I leave after i accompany her to her class. Finally, i drove home and had my breakfast that my mum prepair at the morning.

Dinner at Burger King

Haha.. long time din't go Burger King jor. My sis told me tat the "double-cheese burger" of Burger King is nice. Therefore, we went to the Burger King for having our dinner. Niao!!so hungry u know, when we wanna went to the Burger King, my father ask me to help him fix the 天花板. Finally, my father released me at about 8pm. Then, sis and i went to her aunt's house coz she forgot to get something. After tat,we went go Damai's Burger King. Wow~ there were so many ppl at the Burger King. Most of them having their dinner and studying there. lol..we thought there hadn't any site. Luckily, still got site. After we ordered our "double-cheese burger", we sit down and having our meal. Cool~ so enjoyable.. Then, we left the Burger King after we finished our meal.
